I wanted to write you all a letter to express my gratitude for your amazing kindness throughout a very difficult project.  From the moment we said go on the project to build the preschool, we all knew that the timeline was going to be stressful.  The budget was tight and the time was tighter.  I could tell there was a difference in this team from day one.  I knew I could trust you.  I, being an interior designer, have built homes on my own and handled extensive remodels.  I had not found a team to work with that I could trust to do what they promised to me they would do.  I never met so many contractors that were willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.  When we ran into the permitting problems at the end of the project it felt really good to not be alone to figure it out myself.  I am a perfectionist and have high expectations of everyone around me.  Nearly every time I checked the jobsite and saw some issues to be resolved, you would have them fixed before I had even told you.  It gave me such satisfaction to have a project turn out as good as if I had done it all myself but I didn’t have to.  I can’t wait to build another!  Also, I know what a pain the little warranty issues are and how difficult it can be to get contractors back to fix problems but your response has been fantastic.  Thank you Shawn!  Good luck to you all.  We’ll be talking again soon.
